We guarantee that our tiles will travel well protected so we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages and lost items or any custom fees and duties that may be additional to your order.

Big projects and commissions are sent with a freight forwarder. Please contact us before purchasing bigger items so we can calculate the shipping price.

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

All items can be picked up in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Will my tiles be insured for any damage which may occur during shipping?

Yes. All of our tiles are hand packed and checked for quality prior to shipping. Therefore we are not responsible for any damages or lost items in shipping. If your tiles are damaged please contact the shipping company directly.

How long does it take for my tiles to be delivered to me?

Upon receipt of payment please give 4 to 6 weeks before your tiles are shipped.

Invoices and online orders.

Once a payment is made, you will be notified via email with an invoice. If you do not receive an email by us please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please allow 2-3 days for this e-mail to arrive, especially if the order was placed on the weekend.

Return Policies

Sales are final and can not be returned. Please read the item description carefully upon placing an order.

We may change the products and information about our products at any time without giving notice and may discontinue any products at any time.  We do not warrant that any of our products or services will meet the user’s expectations.    

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check your order within seven days. It is also your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of quantities ordered as no guarantee can be given that replacements of the same product will be available.  All products must be used as prescribed and in accordance with industry standards and no responsibility will be taken by Atelier Abdelky for applications other than as prescribed or recommended. 

Tile Delivery

When purchasing a product /s online or otherwise, where Atelier Abdelky ships your product/s, you agree to accept the delivery of the product/s. Any additional charges incurred by Atelier Abdelky as a result of failed delivery attempts may be charged to you as the customer. Atelier Abdelky does not guarantee delivery to you on the estimated delivery date but will use all reasonable efforts to arrange delivery in a timely manner. The customer is aware that delivery may be hampered by natural disasters like floods and bushfires as well as strikes and high-demand times like Christmas.  

Any product/s damaged during transit or delivery must be photographed and such evidence sent to the shipping company directly for assessment for insurance purposes.  

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
